ABout FO Tan Industrial Area
Fo Tan is an industrial town filled with hybridity, where allows the coexistence of greenery and factories, as well as the harmonious interaction between the artist community and the neighborhood of industrial workers. During the beginning of the 2000s, few artists started to establish their production studio within factory buildings. Gradually, an artist community has developed in the area. Here, on one hand industrial features are preserved. On the other hand, a
vibrant community of artists transforms lofts into art studios, inserting new form of energy and colors into the area.
